Any nation willing to ask its men and women to risk their lives in the armed forces must be committed to keeping the promises it made to them when they enlisted and to giving them the medals and respect they earned while serving.

That's just common sense.

So it's no surprise Washington often does the exact opposite by forcing veterans to navigate a complex bureaucratic nightmare to receive their honors or get basic benefits.

This Friday, November 11, my grassroots supporters are holding a Veterans Day Money Bomb to help make sure I can contact millions of voters about my record on behalf of our veterans and my unmatched support from our active duty military.
