Participate in our latest poll and tell us who you'll be voting for this November 6th. Options include Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, Gary Johnson, Virgil Goode, Jill Stein, Ron Paul (write-in), Someone else and Nobody. Vote here now. Ron Paul pulled no punches in his latest interview with Lew Rockwell. In his hard-hitting analysis of the presidential foreign policy debate, Paul reiterated his observation that Romney and Obama are essentially the same when it comes to foreign policy. Ron Paul: "Most of us realize that, whether we get A or B, the foreign policy is going to be essentially the same and we're going to be very much involved not only in the Middle East, but we'll be still sending our drones around the world trying to start a new war who knows where." And even though Romney and Obama might use slightly different words to express their hate for the American principle of non-interventionism, Romney left no doubt as to whether he actually believes in the war propaganda. Ron Paul: "Romney was especially bad last night in really going after the President and saying that 'You don't apologize for America and admit that America tends to aggress against other people'. And he said, 'Don't you know that America always promotes freedom and prosperity for everybody around the world?'. That, I thought, was the worst line of the evening. Read or listen to the rest of the interview here. by Ron Paul Until the late 1990s, individuals interested in Austrian economics, U.S. constitutional history, and libertarian philosophy had few sources of information. They had to spend hours scouring used book stores or the back pages of obscure libertarian periodicals to find the great works of Mises, Rothbard, Hayek, and other giants of liberty. Local library and university collections ignored libertarian politics and economics.
Today, however, the greatest classics of libertarian thought, libertarian philosophy, and libertarian economics are available instantly to anyone with internet access. Thanks to the internet, it is easier than ever before for liberty activists to spread news and other information regarding the evils of government power and the benefits of freedom. For the first time in human history, supporters of liberty around the world can share information across borders quickly and cheaply. Without the filter of government censors, this information emboldens millions to question governments and promote liberty. Read or listen to the rest here. Never give up, you have many supporters!! You are the truth for America... THANK YOU RON PAUL!!!!" -- Luke | "Dear Ron Paul,
I finally understand the function and harm of the Federal Reserve. Thank you for your efforts to educate the American public.
I am fearful of the future for America. I don't think either Obama or Romney can make the kinds of changes needed to turn things around.
I made a long walk and a 1 hour subway ride, in Seoul, South Korea, last Saturday to cast my ballot for president. I wrote, with GREAT patriotic pride, your name in the box, as my choice for president, in 2012!!!!!
I wish I had been in the states this election year to work on your campaign. This is so important to us and future generations.
I pray, that my GOD of miracles will place you in the White House!!
Peace," Marj, in South Korea (I'm 58, been in Korea four years and want to come home. But, thanks to the past administrations, there are NO jobs) | "Dr. Paul, I believe in essentially everything you stand for. I am distressed because so few of our people do not share our ideals. Unfortunately, we only have two choices in the upcoming election, Romney or Obama. The latter choice is a disaster already, and given a second term without having to face another election, we are doomed. That is why you must back Mr. Romney even though it means making a compromise on some of your beliefs. Please don't contribute to electing a non American criminal, Obama. Your support could make the difference in at least having a president who wants to help, not destroy, our country." Fred Cox | "I'm writing Ron Paul's name in for President.
I am tired of voting for someone I don't like to stop another from getting into office."
Marc Kovak | "Dr. Paul:
I can't express, in one letter, the level of gratitude that I and so many others owe to you. You're message has educated so many, inspite of the system that has fought to keep you quiet. Your actions are testament to your commitment, and a showcase for those who wish to emulate you. I wish you all the best in retirement, and hope you know that you've advanced the value of liberty farther than any person in modern history, in my opinion.
I would appeal to your sense of idealism, and hope that you find the inclination to endorse Gary Johnson for 2012. I know the old strategy of not dividing the party is hard to get over, but I refuse to vote for either Republican or Democrat. I would hope that you would help advance the long-term goal of promoting liberty in this country, and help to overthrow the two-party system, by giving Gary Johnson your support. All we need is %5. In four more years, we'll have a strong platform to fight from.
Live Happy, Live Free. Congrats again on career well done!"
