McNulty, Would You Please Remove the Knife From My Back?

Dear Erick,

Deception, betrayal, and dishonesty.

These are traits being displayed right now by members of the Legislative Health Benefit Exchange Implementation Review Committee. . .

. . . the committee that could usher in ObamaCare for all Coloradans.

Inside sources have whispered that Republican leadership plans on holding a committee vote on the $43 million federal grant. The vote could cement ObamaCare in Colorado.

Our sources also state that Committee Chair Bob Gardner and Speaker of the House Frank McNulty plan to replace two difficult committee members, Jim Kerr and Ken Summers, for nothing more than their personal political ambition.

They’re playing backdoor politics in order to give Ken Summers cover from making a hard vote during his difficult race for the State Senate.

We haven’t forgotten that both Frank McNulty and Ken Summers voted for the Colorado Health Care Benefits Exchange in the legislature.

On August 13, if five of the committee members vote against the money, a working Health Care Exchange in Colorado can be derailed and a serious blow delivered to ObamaCare.

McNulty must not be able to paper-over his allies’ votes by using shenanigans in the committee.

Please immediately contact Rep. Bob Gardner at 719-491-5705 and Speaker Frank McNulty at 303-905-8993 and tell them this vote isn’t some political game and we need to reject the $43 million grant that would saddle our state with ObamaCare.

Without the Health Insurance Exchange in Colorado, Obama’s socialized medical scheme will not work.

Gardner and McNulty must not take the first step in submitting to Obama’s demands.

The time to act is now!

In Liberty,

Matt Holdridge
Colorado Campaign for Liberty

P.S. Call Rep. Bob Gardner at 719-491-5705, Speaker Frank McNulty at 303-905-8993 and Rep. Ken Summers at 303-725-4765.

Demand they protect your rights and jealously guard our state sovereignty by rejecting Obama’s $43 million grant.

Colorado will not submit to federal government regulations and lose our state sovereignty over all health care issues. We cannot afford to wait.
