Dear Erick, When they steal, cheat, and call you names, you know you're making a difference. Of course, I'll never allow the Ron Paul campaign to stoop to the outrageous tactics some in the GOP establishment have resorted to recently. But rest assured, the Ron Paul campaign is prepared to stand up and FIGHT fire with fire - if I can count on your IMMEDIATE help. So won't you please pledge to contribute to Ron Paul's Give Me Liberty Money Bomb? Dr. Paul, our delegates, our activists, and I are all counting on your generous support. The truth is, in caucuses and county conventions all over the country, Ron Paul delegates are right smack-dab in a knock-down, drag-out fight with the establishment. Sure, in most places, Dr. Paul is getting a fair shot and scoring far better than some in the national media would like you to believe. But in others, the establishment "Old Guard" GOP is pulling every trick in the book to try to make good folks like you just shut up and go home. ***     In the Athens-Clarke County GOP convention in Georgia, party officials snuck through their own slate of Republican insiders on a voice vote.  When Ron Paul supporters - who were in the clear majority - demanded a roll-call vote, the meeting was promptly shut down; ***     In Maine, just the threat of two inches of snow caused the cancellation of the Washington County Caucus - which just so happened to have the highest concentration of Ron Paul supporters in the state.  ***     In St. Charles County, Missouri, GOP officials declared the caucus over with no winner and no delegates elected.  One Ron Paul supporter, Brent Stafford, consulted with the President of the Missouri Association of Parliamentarians to see how to restart the meeting. When he tried to reconvene a legal caucus outside, Brent was arrested for trespassing! Well, Erick, Ron Paul supporters can play a little hardball, too. Right now, Brent is free from custody and is working with responsible GOP officials to re-do the convention without the thugs who tried to cheat their way to victory. In Clark County, Nevada - where nearly 70% of the population of the entire state lives - Ron Paul supporters now have clear control of the Republican Party. In King County, Washington State, Ron Paul supporters ousted a hostile convention chairman - who ended up running away from the caucus in a snit - and picked up 20 State Convention delegates. For every story you hear of Republican "dirty tricks," I have a story of Ron Paul supporters standing toe-to-toe with the "Old Guard" establishment and BEATING them at their own game. But the truth is, to continue the fight, I need to be able to count on the generous support of good folks like you. So won't you please pledge to contribute generously to tomorrow's Give Me Liberty Money Bomb? Over the coming days and weeks, there will be literally hundreds of meetings all over the country where delegates will be chosen. It takes a lot of resources to coordinate volunteers and supporters at these crucial caucuses and conventions. Phone banks.  Emails.  Caucus training.  And staff on the ground to make sure the rules are followed - and proper legal challenges filed when necessary. This is not going to be cheap.   But it must be done. There are some in the establishment who are going all-out to flat-out DENY anyone who dares think for themselves a chance to vote. Yet despite their best efforts, Ron Paul's supporters keep crashing their party - inching us closer and closer to a brokered convention in August. If that happens, all bets are off. Like it or not, the "Old Guard" will have no choice but to listen and ADDRESS the concerns of millions of Americans just like you who are: >>>    SICK of the TRILLION-dollar deficits and out-of-control spending in Washington, D.C.; >>>    FED UP with the Federal Reserve's "print-now-ask-questions-later" policies that are destroying our dollar and - with it - the middle class; >>>    FURIOUS with members of the political class who use taxpayers as ATM machines to pay back their personal pals; >>>    FRUSTRATED at the D.C. establishment's never-ending, TRILLION-dollar utopian nation-building schemes and constant policing of the world; >>>    ANGRY at being treated like criminals every time they need to hop on an airplane; >>>    WORRIED about the destruction of our privacy by a government who seems intent at running roughshod over our most basic freedoms with bills like the PATRIOT Act. Today, drones are flying - not just over Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, and who knows where else in the Middle East, but they're just months away from flying over American cities by the thousands! Erick, this is the status quo the twisted "Old Guard" GOP thinks is just dandy. They must, after all. Whether it's Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, or Rick Santorum, the candidates they support would do absolutely NOTHING to solve any of these problems. Actually, it's these politicians and those like them who ARE the problem. So is it really any wonder why the establishment's hacks toss the rulebook out the window as soon as it looks like Ron Paul supporters will walk away with a win? After all - along with the liberal Democrats in Washington, D.C. - they apparently have no problem with the shredding of our Constitution. Well, as far as I'm concerned, 2012 MUST be the year when politics-as-usual comes to a hard and fast END. So today, I'm counting on you to help us FIGHT BACK and win. This past Saturday in Washington State, 43 Ron Paul supporters who were elected as delegates to the state convention won by one vote. ONE VOTE. The truth is, the action of EVERY Ron Paul supporter matters. Your action matters. Right now, we're fighting for EVERY SINGLE delegate to the Republican National Convention.
