Etch A Romney

Dear Erick, Truth is often stranger than fiction in politics. Like when a Romney senior campaign adviser admits on national television you can "shake up" a campaign and "start all over" in the general election - as with an Etch A Sketch - in case your candidate came off as too much of a conservative in order to win the nomination. You just can't make that kind of stuff up. But I think comparing this race to an Etch A Sketch is appropriate. After all, Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, and Newt Gingrich have just been toying around with the voters for the past several months. They'll say exactly what the American people want to hear about change, but you can be sure they'll revert back to their big spending, Big Government ways once in office. I've released a new web ad today that cuts through the sound bites and gets right to the heart of the matter. Simply put, it's time to get serious.
