Dear Erick, How badly do you want South Carolina? After incredible finishes in New Hampshire and Iowa, the Palmetto State could be the place where my dad’s campaign issues a knock-out blow to several establishment candidates . . . . . . setting up a one-on-one showdown between Ron Paul and Mitt Romney. And the Ron Paul campaign will be the one with the momentum. So if you haven't yet contributed to today's South Carolina Money Bomb, please do so right away! The truth is, all the last minute voter mail, email, and hard-hitting radio, TV, and newspaper advertising isn’t cheap. But these are all necessary for my dad to ride his massive wave of momentum to victory in South Carolina and beyond. The great news is, today’s Money Bomb has already brought in $385,263.  But with only a week left until voting begins, every dollar counts. Right now, everything is working according to the plan my dad and his campaign staff laid out months ago. The poll numbers I’ve seen in recent days coming out of South Carolina look good.  My dad has surged into third place and is gaining on Mitt Romney. In fact, in some polls, his support has increased more than 50% in only one week! But there’s more work to do to spread the message of limited government, sound money, constitutional principles, and individual liberty. And more work to do EXPOSING his establishment opponents. I’m not going to beat around the bush here. Ron Paul’s establishment opponents know this could be their final stand. I expect their mudslinging to reach record heights. But instead of sitting back and just playing defense, my dad’s campaign is preparing to go all-out to ensure voters know the FACTS about every single one of his opponents, including: ***  Mitt Romney’s support for “RomneyCare” – which served as the model for “ObamaCare” - and the $700 BILLION TARP bailout, as well as flip-flopping on virtually every core conservative issue you can think of; ***  Newt Gingrich’s support for the individual mandate, TARP, Nancy Pelosi’s radical “global warming” agenda, and his raking in $1.6 million from Freddie Mac to keep the housing bubble expanding; ***  Rick Santorum’s support for forced unionism, vote to DOUBLE the federal Department of Education, and endorsing and campaigning for RINOs like Arlen Specter – not to mention his support for Medicare Part D, which added $16 TRILLION in unfunded liabilities. Erick, there is only one true constitutional conservative in this race for President. And looking at the records I just laid out for you, it’s clear there is only one candidate who has the track record needed to DEFEAT Barack Obama and end politics as usual in Washington, D.C. That candidate is Ron Paul. South Carolina is our toughest test yet.  But you and I can make a tremendous impact with another strong top-tier showing.
