Act Now to Stop Red Light Cameras in Colorado

Dear Erick, More accidents. Private companies working with local governments to bilk the public out of millions. Little to no recourse if falsely accused. Biased review processes. Worst of all... they’re not even constitutional...   ... They’re Big Brother “gotcha” cameras mounted at intersections all over Colorado.  Campaign for Liberty has been leading the fight nationwide to remove these unconstitutional and dangerous cameras from the country’s streets and intersections – and now you have the chance to do just that in Colorado. And the fight is going down tomorrow!   On Wednesday, January 22, at 1:30 PM, the Colorado State Senate will hold a hearing on SB13-035. This bill is sponsored by State Senator Scott Renfroe, and it would eliminate the use of automated vehicle identification systems for traffic law enforcement (Red Light Cameras.)   That’s why I need you to TAKE ACTION at once.   You see, leadership in the State Senate is quietly trying to kill this bill by sticking it in the Senate State, Veterans, & Military Affairs Committee.
